Who says the oldies is outdated? Sound Remedy does a brilliant job at remixing a classic. Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young was probably something your parents danced to back in the days. Well, here’s your updated refueled version from Sound Remedy, a nice change of pace with some upbeat tempo.

We have entered a fitness era where gym memberships have gone up and the number of fat people has gone even higher. It doesn’t help if you walk on the treadmill when you go to Mickey Ds for your post game workout meal. I’ve never been one for the workout at home videos, mostly because I can’t take orders, but also because the people working out on the side just always seem to freak me out. However, take me back to the 1990s with Traci Lords, and my mindset may be a little different. After watching this like 6 times I figured I’d give my opinion on the matter.
1) What the fuck…really?
2) Why are we working out in this sketch living room?
3) It’s not like I’m an Athletic Trainer…but I’m pretty sure this is all just a fucked up porno with no real exercise benefits,
5) Thank god Billy Blanks in Taebo didn’t give it to the ground like its getting it here.
6) Nice Tits
Christian Bauhofer, better known as DJ Minnesota has been kept busy with his filthy remixing capabilities and his deep bass introversions that absolutely destroy the records in the best way possible. His last couple months have consisted of a few dubstep remixings of rap songs, of which this one was by far the dirtiest. Faced.

If you had any doubts about Big Sean earlier this year, I’m pretty sure they’ve got to be cleared up by now. The d-town native released an unofficial mixtape earlier today I Put The G In Good Music. Here are two songs that will probably not make the tracklist on his Finally Famous album which is set to release June 28. A good couple of tracks to bump.
Let’s all keep it classy on Memorial Day, remember our troops, and celebrate how they would have liked us too. By drinking and dancing. New electronic everywhere this morning.
Classic film with Redman and Method Man, J. Cole may have a couple things to say about it too. However his new leak off an unknown project is another single that he kills. Just listen to his flow, he really never lets you down.
In November 2009, multi-instrumentalist and lyricist Kenton Dunson began renting rooms at various hotels in Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. with the intention of utilizing them as recording retreats. This process sustained throughout the entire winter and moved the artist to resign from a primary career to pursue the release of the 13-song project created over that span entitled “The Kenton Dunson Progressions”.
His new release Rolling Stone offers up some melody and swag in one.

We used to be having fun with those supersoakers, and you fools had no idea what we were up to. How we used to see the world until we reached middle school.
Red Carpet – Alright 2011 (Marcus Schossow Remix)
Song doesn’t pick up until about the 2:30 mark. From there its trnce, electro, everything in one.
